Hydration
Water Is Essential for all bodily functions.

Water helps us: regulate body temperature, lubricate joints, digest food, prevent constipation, and carry nutrients throughout the body.  On average, the human body is 60% water.  Approximately 74% of our muscles, 90% of our lungs and eyes, and 95% of our brains are water.  Hydration plays a very important role in keeping the body healthy.

How much water do I need?
Just divide your weight by 32 and that's approximately the number of (500mL) bottles of water you should drink everyday.

For example, 160 lbs / 32 = 5 bottles

Or

Divide your weight (lbs) by 2 and that's the number of ounces of water you should drink everyday.

Divide the number of ounces by 8 and that's the number of cups of water you should drink everyday.

Divide the number of cups of water by 2 and that's approximately the number of (500mL) bottles of water you should drink everyday.

If you engage in physical activities or drink caffeinated drinks, you should drink additional water:

0.5~1 bottle for each caffeinated drink.

1~2 bottles for each hour of physical activity.

* Consult your doctor prior to starting your exercise program if you have a heart problem or other health concerns.

* If you have Congested Heart Failure, Kidney Failure, or other health concerns, your water intake may be limited.  Talk to your doctor about it.
